Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources, H.E. Ahmed Shiyam visited the Embassy, signed the visitor’s book and met with Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Hussain Shareef and team during H.E.’s official visit to UAE.

Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Hussain Shareef attended the Global Islamic Fintech Forum 2024 organised in Dubai by AlHuda CIBE, as the Guest of Honour. HE also delivered a keynote speech on integrating Islamic banking and finance with emerging technologies.

Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Hussain Shareef held a meeting with the Head of Sales and General Manager of IMG Boats Dubai, Ms Bianca Balfour to discuss foreign direct investment potential and market opportunities in the Maldives.
